10 & Under

10 & Under Program (Born 2016 or Later)
This program is an offering that is open to athletes born in 2016 or later.   The program is ideal for those looking for something a little more progressive than our 8 week classes.   Those registered would work with a Comp Intro certified Coach.  Athletes train alongside our other provincial teams with a focus on the development of strokes, flexibility, conditioning and artistic swimming specific skills.
A number of years ago the club identified the need to blend the recreational and competitive stream in this age group  to create a program with enough participants ensuring there would be a team that met the physical, social and emotional needs of the participants.
If you have any questions as to whether this fit is right for you please contact coachjulia@baswim.com
